Job Description

What will you be doing?

Because we will be growing gigantically, we are expanding our IT Team. This scrum team will consist of experienced Backend Developers, a UXexpert, senior Test Engineer, Senior and Junior Product Owners and Frontend Developers. This team is in the very early stages, so you will recieve all freedom to build from the ground up. We are working with an exterm development club for the bigger tasks, but you are the one with the endresponsability for the code. Think about coding standards, structure and upgrade strategy.  We are working wiht a React frmaework that uses Tailwind as a design system. 

Your role and responsabilities

• You determine and design the structure of our webpages and applications;

• You optimize the ‘user experience’;

• You connect the front-end with the back-end through API (Application Programming Interface);

• You work based on acceptance and test criteria;

• You develope AB tests and analyse the results;

• You work in the code, on different levels of components and elements.

Job Requirements

What do you bring?

• You have a couple of years experience in a similar role;

• You have experience with React or a similar framwork;

• You have a critical view and always look for improvement;

• You have strong communicational skills and work well in a team;

• You live in (for example) Friesland, Drenthe or Groningen and are able to travel to our worklocation in Groningen;

• You both speak, understand, read and write the Dutch and English language.
